What to know as you book a CANVAS party:

By placing a deposit with us, the responsible party is agreeing to the following:

1. There is a $75 deposit to reserve date and time. Projects are paid for separate to this deposit and may be paid on or before the event date.

2.       If party coordinator cancels event less than four weeks prior to event date, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Canvas Project Selection must be sent to The Painted Chair 2 weeks prior to event.

4. Number attending must be sent to The Painted Chair at least 1 week prior to event date.

5.       The Party Coordinator is responsible for payment for anyone who cancels with less than 72 hours notice.

6.       Deposit must be paid within 2 business days of event booking.

7.       Remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.

What to know about booking a Wood Sign/Ceramics Party:

By placing a deposit with us, the responsible party is agreeing to the following:

1.        There is a $75 deposit to reserve date and time. Projects are paid for separate to this deposit.

2.        If party coordinator cancels event less than 4 weeks prior to event date, the deposit will not be refunded.

3.       Each partygoer needs to register and pay for their project on the following link: www.thepaintedchairfarmington.com/private-party at least SEVEN DAYS prior to the event.

4.       Deposit must be paid within 2 business days of event booking.

5.  If a registered partygoer is unable to attend the event, they can receive their project as a take-home kit or attend an OPEN-PAINT class within 30 days.

Our projects are made to order and because of this, there are no refunds.
